In Germany, a 17-year-old girl was seriously injured after being attacked by two Afghan asylum seekers. She wanted to escape by jumping on a bus, but the asylum seekers pulled the girl out of the moving bus. This is reported by the German newspaper “Die Welt”. One of the Afghan asylum seekers is in prison, the other has been released.
The facts dated from Saturday evening and took place in the German city of Minden, near Hanover. A 17-year-old girl was waiting for the bus with a friend when they were being attacked by two Afghan asylum seekers. The asylum seekers were noticeably drunk and tried to grope the girls, after which the girls put it on a run
They saw a bus that had just left from the bus stop, and tried to escape the Afghans by jumping on the bus. The bus driver saw the seriousness of the situation and opened the doors for the girls. One of the Afghans however, also succeeded in jumping on the bus and pulled one of the girls out of the moving vehicle. She fell and came under the bus, and drove over both her legs.
The Afghan asylum seekers immediately fled, but the bus driver chased them. But When the bus driver wanted to take a pictures for evidence, he was also beaten up by the two Afghans. He also had to be taken to the hospital by a kick to the throat.
The badly wounded girl had to be rushed to the hospital, where she was operated immediately and is still recovering by her injuries to this day.
A few hours after the facts the perpetrators could be caught. The concern of the two Afghan asylum seekers of 21 and 22 years old respectively. One of them remains in jail and is accused of aggravated assault and battery. His other friend was allowed to leave the prison on Sunday after no proof was found that he kicked the bus driver.
