The United States is ready to send 20 million dollars of emergency aid to Venezuela. Minister of Foreign Affairs Mike Pompeo stated that Thursday at the Organization of American States in Washington.
Mike Pompeo summoned other countries in the same breath to withdraw their support for active Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
The United States and its allies in the region have recognized Juan Guaido as interim president, but other countries such as Russia, Turkey, Bolivia and Mexico remain behind Maduro.
